• Owing to your wellness and safety only Online payments will be accepted during lockdown
• The gold will be booked at the prevailing rate when the amount is received.
• The gold rate is confirmed &  frozen at the time of payment. The rate cannot be revised at the time of delivery.
• At the time of delivery OTP will be validated.
• The customer must select the branch for delivery during payment and will not be changed. Delivery will be done only at the selected branch .
• When customer wishes to buy gold ornament – VA (value addition / wastage & Making Charges ) and GST amount as applicable will be calculated at the time of delivery.
• No refund will be entertained .
