Shipping And Delivery

AVR Swarna Mahal Jewellers offers FREE Shipping and Delivery for most products listed in the website. *Shipping Charges applicable for Specific products.
We only accept and ship orders within India. We currently do not undertake International orders
Our Delivery dates will be within 12 days based on the product and the Shipping address
For safe and secure delivery, all our products are covered under transit Insurance
For hassle free delivery, Customers need to provide accurate information listed in the identification proof (such as Name, Address, Landmark, Postal Code, Contact details, etc)
Customers must provide original Identification proofs at the time of delivery. Valid ID’s that can be used are Aadhaar card, Voter’s ID, Pan Card, Driver’s License and Passport
In case of your absence at the time of delivery, the courier team will reach out with two possible timelines, post which the product would be returned back to our Office
In case of any change in the Delivery Address, we request you to kindly update the same on our website before you place the order. Once the product is dispatched, the update option won’t be made available and the product will be returned back to our office.
We request our customers to co-operate with our Courier Team to ensure a safe and effective delivery

Return & Exchange Policy

If in case the customer is not satisfied with the product, they can either exchange or return the product within 14 days of purchase
Return Shipping charges to be borne by the Customer.
This option is not applicable for products ordered with specific indications like smart buy, customization, engraving, and other products that are purchased using promotional codes and discount coupons.
In case of exchange of products within 14 days of purchase, 100% of the Invoice value can be claimed. (Subject to Physical evaluation of Jewellery)
However NO RETURNS for products like Gold Coins, Silver Articles, Gold Rakhi and Customized Jewellery

In case of return, once the process is initiated we would send a “Return Packaging Kit” (RPK) for you to pack and handover the same to the courier personnel
The return / pick up process will take 7-10 days. Kindly make note of the receipt number for safety purposes.
Kindly make sure that the product is not damaged and the tags are intact along with the bill
Once we receive the product, it goes through a complete quality check based on which our team would get in touch with you
Once the product clears the quality check, refund process would be initiated post document verification. In case the product does not clear the quality check process, then the refund may not be valid
Refund process would take 10 working days post confirmation
AVR Swarna Mahal Jewellers reserves the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product depending on the final evaluation by our quality check team
CASH Refund values may differ.

30 Days Exchange Policy

Return the product, except gold coin, Silver Jewelry products Customized Jewelry which includes personalized/engraved products & Solitaire cannot be exchanged.
Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.
Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for exchange.
Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all exchange within the 30 Day Exchange period.
In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the Diamond/jewelry to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
The exchange amount will be 100% of actual amount paid after deducting the shipping & Insurance charges. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product.
In case of a refund on a 30 days exchange, payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer to the customer’s account within 10 days of receipt of product. This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India)

Registration

Users may register on the Website to become Members prior to the completion of any transaction on the Website. Guest checkout’s will be provided with a user account on completion of purchase. It is mandatory that you provide personal information i.e KYC as per the RBI norms.

Registration is only a one time process and if the Member has previously registered, he/she shall login / sign into his / her account.
